Udon production in Kagawa prefecture in 2005 totaled
7,237 metric tons of fresh noodles, 32,935 metrictons
of cooked noodles and 7,756 metric tons of dried
noodles. Kagawa prefecture leads the nation in these
three udon production categories, well ahead of
the second-ranked prefectures.
